    These VINTAGE SMILY FACE PINS are in pristine condition. The band on the edge is a silver rim with the round yellow center with the big eyes and the bigger smile. These pins DO NOT HAVE “Made in China” embossed or printed on them. These could be placed on a hat, on a lapel or anywhere that a you choose that would accommodate a pin and backer application.
