Very handsome wood jewelry box
Measures approx. 13" x 8" x 4 1/2"
Judging by the color, grain & weight, we believe it is walnut
Soft & smooth to the touch
Has 2 removable trays with detailed sides
All lined in a crushed green velvet
The bottoms of the trays & box have a black not skid bottom
Perfect for him or for her
Has a label on the bottom

Condition
Very good condition
Shows very little signs of use
Is very clean inside & out
No odors. Smoke free
Has a few super light scratches. Nothing serious
It does have a few manufacturing flaws:
1) The top on the left hand side could use a little glue with a wood clamp.
Please note that even once this piece is glued down, the front of it will not line up to the frame. It almost appears that this piece is a tad too small
2)The frame of the lid (on the front) does have a slight curve in the center
As a result, it does not completely line up with the base.
Please see photos for details- the last 3 pictures show the flaws best
Still a beautiful & stunning piece.
As with anything that is handmade, no two are completely alike, nor are they perfect

RETURNS:
You must
contact us first BEFORE
starting a return.
We must be notified within 2 days of receipt that item will be returned.
Returns will NOT be accepted due to:
Buyer's remorse,
Because you changed your mind,
Its not what you expected,
Has been used, worn, washed, altered, played with or damaged,
Or you claim someone in your family made the purchase without your knowledge & permission.
Item must be returned using Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation & Insurance.
Item must be returned in the SAME EXACT condition as when shipped &
MUST include ALL original packing materials
otherwise we will not issue you 100% of your purchase price
If you send the item back & it arrives damaged, it will be your responsibility to file an Insurance Claim & no refund will be given.
After inspecting the item, a refund will be given on the purchase price only.
Per Ebay policy, if an item is returned after the due date & the Return is closed, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN
We do not offer exchanges or replacements.
We do not guaranty or warranty vintage electronics, nor is it implied.
Anyone who misuses the Return Policy will be reported to Ebay.
DAMAGED ITEM POLICY:
We carefully pack each & every item with sufficient packing material to ensure a safe journey.
Unfortunately, accidents do happen & sadly an item may arrive damaged.
It is just as upsetting for us as it is for you.
Should this happen, please send us an email using the Ebay messaging system the day the item arrives.
Please include several
CLEAR & BRIGHT
pictures
of the damaged item, box & packing materials along with your phone number that the shipping company can reach you at.
We will then file an insurance claim using the information you provided us with.
Once the claim has been approved & we receive the insurance funds, we will refund your account.
Please keep in mind that this process can take up to 4 weeks.
This is something we have no control over.
Please be sure to hold onto the damaged item, box & packing materials as you may be contacted by the shipping company.
USPS may require you to bring these items to your local Post Office for inspection.
If this procedure isn't followed, the claim will be denied.
Should the claim be denied for any reason, we will not issue you a refund for the damaged item.
Reimbursement will be for the amount that was insured only. Shipping charges are not eligible for reimbursement as stated on all the carrier websites.
