COVER PHOTO: Roland A. Delafontaine, of Brussels, Belgium, left a collection of color photos with us this past summer, when he and Alain G. Piette, also from Brussels, along with Steve Baron, of Houston, Tex., were taking an Amtrak tour of the USA that would make any traction fan envious. This photo shows the ex-Washington, D.C., PCC cars in Sarajevo, Yugoslavia-but they didn't cut them up as badly as the Ft. Worth Subway has. Steve Baron's photos in last month's T&M were taken during the tour.
