SHELL Antique Dunhill Sterling Silver Mirror Compact Floral Pattern Lid Hinged

This compact is from an Estate Sale.  It is in uncleaned condition. Has sweet flowers on the lid.  Has a beautiful edging on both sides.  When opened, it shows a beautiful shell shape.  It is used and has scratches.  Very unusual shape!  Is marked DUNHILL STERLING MADE IN ITALY.  Has some rust at the hinge.  Sometimes the beveled mirror slips down.  Mirror is not entirely clear.  Most likely it could be restored.  I don't know how!  Please see pictures for details as they are an important part of the description.  Antique Dunhill Sterling Silver Mirror Compact Floral Pattern Top Lid Hinged.
