Rare 1895 Pa. State Fireman's Ass.
Tournament Badge & Ribbon with superb detail. NEAR MINT

[ DESCRIPTION ] Made of brass and silk. At top is a brass "SOUVENIR" pin with decorations.
Followed by a red, white and blue silk ribbon. Then at the bottom is a large attractive medal in brass that has a  Fireman's Hat, Hose and Horn and other implements within a Keystone in the center. At the very top it says "
PENNSYLVANIA STATE FIREMEN'S ASSOCIATION." On the right it says "TOURNAMENT" And there is a Ladder, a Hook and a Water Wagon ? At the left it says "FIREMAN'S." And to the right appears a Steam Engine a Horn and a Hatchet. At the very bottom it says "OCT. 1. 2. 3. 4. 1895 READING PA." On the reverse it says "MADE FOR GARTINNEL ?? PHILA." [Cannot quite make out the Company name.]
[ CONDITION ] No obvious faults, damage or wear. Superb Near MINT Condition with perfect even patina. A beautiful survivor.
