    Peter Gotta Peagull Series 1 Meanie with Tag. Comes from a smoke-free home. I was a dealer of the Meanies back in the late 1990's. I have had them in my possession since in a box. This is the more plush version. This was the original version that was released. The inside of the tag is also different. See pictures for details.
    The tag reads:
    Peter the Peegull
    was in trouble.
    He must get to a toilet on the double.
    If he does not get through the door,
    there will be a big puddle on the floor,
