    Description

    This is a ribbon waist fringe skirt. This item is brand new with original and untouched hangtags. These have a ribbon waist band that does not stretch and has to be pinned to close. This is a 26 inch long piece of 6 inch fringe. Since this is just ribbon with fringe on it you can attach this to a shirt to give it a western theme or attach it to anything else you might want to. If you look at the catalog picture you can see it being used to make a collar and you can see it being used as a skirt on the girl in purple. This item is not defective in anyway, the manufacturer is Wolff Fording so you know the quality is excellent. All I have are listed in this listing.
