This listing is for a 2 dozen of these brand new black velour finish top hats, style 66634 from Beistle hats. You get 24! These are size small which is what Wolff Fording used for child heads. These are plastic hats and they have a velour finish on top so they are fuzzy feeling (looks like felt from the stage.) I am showing you the top and the bottom of these hats. This hat sold to Dance teachers for .95 each. Be sure to check our other listings and see what other great deals you can find.
