Returns accepted if item is not as described (please contact me upon receipt of your item). I want you to be happy with your purchase!! If you want a return for any other reason, I will do that, but there will be a 35% deduction from your refund. I have unfortunately had people either "buy it and try it" (which is misusing the return feature), return the item damaged or keep mine and send their used/fake one back - if you send it back damaged I will keep 50% and if you send back a different item I will keep 100% and you will not get a refund due to me having to throw the item away. I have 100% positive feedback, please know I am a very reasonable and reputable seller. I only sell authentic Tiffany & Co. items. If you return stating my items are not authentic you will be asked to provide a professional appraisal that eBay stated they will verify (they check the appraisals to make sure they're real) and if you do not provide the professional appraisal and return an item stating its fake, without a professional looking at it, I will still keep 35%. This is because I have all of my jewelry professionally looked at prior to listing and I know all of my jewelry is authentic.
