This is a brand new item but it does not come with a hangtag , lot of 3 sequin bendable petal floral costume or hair accessories. Each item has 2 closures on the back, a pin back and a clippie back so you can use it on a costume or in the hair. You receive 3 of the same color, so if you buy one in turquoise, you are actually getting 3 in turquoise. I am showing actual photos of the colors and some catalog shots.
