New, Lot of 2 THEATRICAL cowboy hats by Wolff Fording.  The white hat is the stiff Perma felt with the stitched brim. The black hat is flocked plastic. The size on the hat would fit from a medium child to an adult head, of course depending on the head size. The circumference of the white hat is 22 1/4" and the circumference of the black hat is approx. 22".  Both of them have removeable hat bands.  The white hat band is lightly stapled on but can easily be removed.   Great for stage or just for fun.offc/dnscbnt
