NEW FRINGE SKIRT W/ MATCHING SEQUIN BAND 6" 9" BLK RED Dance costume skirt

Description

I know my pic is of red and turquoise but those are to show you the length on the body. The 2 skirt types offered here are black in a 6" version on a black band and red in the 9" version on a red sequin band. These are new and perfect and in the original manufacturer's packaging from Wolff Fording. These retail for around and each and still have the little thread that holds the fringe straight at the bottom (that has to be pulled off before use).
