Lot of Two Vintage Compacts 1 Elgin American

Description

This is a lot of 2 vintage compacts. One is an Elgin American with a star burst design. It has heavy wear scratches, see photos. It has some powder still. The other is made in Italy and has a cloth exterior. It has wear and staining especially on the back, see photos. The interior has a rust spot in the center but looks unused. The mirror looks to have slide down a bit, see photos. There is also a pin hole in the front near the top.
