Delivery details
1. We aim to pack and dispatch all our items within 48 hours of payment (Monday to Friday). Items purchased over the weekend will usually be dispatched on Monday.

If you want to exchange the items received, please contact us within 7 days of the receipt of your order. And you should pay the additional shipping fees incurred and the items returned should be kept in their original status. Please remember that we cannot resell any item for hygiene reasons.
