Infamous Meanies Bull Clinton with Pants Down Political Parody.
This is what I call “Old New Stock.” Bull has not really been played with, but he has a disheveled look about him. (Consider the Situation)
He has horns and a tail. He also has a ring in his nose.
His “shorts” are pulled down. Someone said they tried to pull his shorts up, but could not. They are actually sewed down to his shoes or feet. He doesn’t have any other pants. Notice his shorts are red and white striped with a band of blue stars. His tie is crooked. On his back is a seal that says Meanies USA and what looks like a Presidential Seal.
He is about 8 1/2” in length. He weighs 2.8 oz.
