A MUST HAVE FOR PHARMACEUTICAL COLLECTORS
For your consideration this listing is for a very unique and rare Eli-Lilly & company October 13, 1948 employee silver plaque.
We acid tested this plaque and we know that it is at least sterling silver (.925 fine) but could just as easily be .999 fine and anything in between.
This plaque is massive, 5 1/2"x7" and is 441.8 grams. Plaque reads 1923-1949 Mr. L.E. Burton. It is in Spanish, but the gist of it reads, "On the anniversary of his silver anniversary with Eli Lilly and company, as a tribute respect, affection, and affection of his employees." Further reads, La Habana (Havana) Octubre 13, 1948
