Gilbert & Ellice Islands (Tarawa) Airmail Cover to England

Description

Up for bid is a cover from the Gilbert and Ellice Islands with a two Tarawa CDS to England; no backstamps or other markings although the address on the island is given on the back flap.  An interesting piece of postal history.  This cover is part of my childhood collection that needs a new home since I am retired now and have different interests.  I will consider shipping options other than Global Shipping to England, Canada and Australia; please ask.  Will combine shipping.
