Disney - Lady and the Tramp Musical Snow Globe Si Am Chopin Cats and Fishbowl

Lady and tramp are not approving the cats in the fishbowl. Everything is in good to very good condition. However when I turn the switch on I only hear the fan. I don’t see it swirling the water around or I don’t see a light go on. I’m not sure what supposed to happen when you turn it on. If you look closely at one of the cats eyes, the blue paint is a little chipped and I wanted to make sure I mentioned that. Nothing is glued back on. No chips. There are just a few minor scrapes. It plays Chopin’s song, Chandson…. The music works fine. I will pack it the best way I know with lots of bed foam and good packaging.
