    Description

    Belmont Glass Works No.60 Swan Butter two piece dish. This dish was introduced in 1884.
    The upper half reads "DESIGN PATENTED APPLID FOR" on the inside. There is roughness and chipping of the seam excess on the underside of the top piece. There is a 1" area on the rim where the blue is lighter and there appears to be separation of the glass in that spot (The start of a chip). There is an imperfection near the beak as well. The damage is primarily small and hard to see unless being inspected.
    The bottom half has some roughness and tiny chipping along the lip as well.
    7" in length. Approx. 5.5" wide and approx 6" in height.
