CONDITION:
Very good, lightly used condition---complete and very clean with excellent binding.  Manual has some light cover wear and small holes from a staple (see photo); interior is super clean with some very light staining but no writing, fingerprints, grease stains, tears, bad smell, etc.  (As always, pictures are of actual item.)
