The high power H bridge motor drive module consists of a single H bridge driver and 4
external NMOS tubes. The heat is small and the brake works well.
Product parameters:
1.With full bridge driver chip + low resistance 55V110ANMOS,
the motor can be turned forward and backward.
2.Two PWM inputs, dutycycle regulated in 0-100%. Instant braking ability.
3.The working voltage is 10-40V and the power is below 170W
4.The control is simple and convenient. Only 3 input lines are needed to control the motor
5.Chip built-in dead time hardware control, more suitable for frequent reversing.
Reduce the loss of the pipe itself.
6.Tin plating on the back of the module.A conductor can flow through a larger current.
7.Support 5V, 3..3V logical input. Suitable for all types of single-chip IO port direct control.
You can also control the positive and negative rotation of the motor by analog input.

1. Positive and negative turn control:
IN1=1; IN2=0. The motor is positive turning.
IN1=0; IN2=1. The motor is negative turning.
IN1=0; IN2=0. The motor is braking
2. PWM speed control:
IN1=PWM pulse(0-100%);IN2=0. Positive turning speed adjustable.
IN1=0; IN2=PWM pulse(0-100%). Negative turning speed adjustable.
IN1=0;IN2=0. Motor is braking.
