These are Greenfire 2nd import from 3 different breeders. I have been keeping SB for 5 years now and have worked out some of the problems in this breed. they are all producing beautiful minty green to green eggs, color of eggs changes a little almost daily, one hen lays green with purple spots.Isbar are an easy to keep and always gentle and curious breed, produced by the monk Martin Silverudd from Sweden who set out to produce auto sexing breeds.He didn't quite get this one right, but produced the only pure bred green egglayer in the world.
Please, note that hatch rate and fertility rates are 2 different things. Hatch rates can vary widely depend on the post offices handling of your eggs in transit and your incubation method. I do not guarantee hatch rate. I hand deliver to the post office just before the truck leaves for sorting facility, once they left my hands I can no longer be responsible for the condition of shipped eggs. Eggs can be held at the post office for your pickup. This is a good idea if you live in an area with very hot or cold weather. It may increase hatch rate.
