You will receive one dozen of our cream Brabanter chicken hatching eggs. We have been working with this breed for a while and it's one of our absolute favorites on the farm. They are good layers of large white eggs as well as spectacular looking birds to have in your flock. We are one of the few true breeders of cream Brabanters! This breed is listed as critically endangered as there are very few flocks in the United States. We hatch a lot of chicks every year and cull heavy to improve the limited bloodlines of this chicken. All of our breeding birds are well bearded with well defined (not too large) crests.

We collect our eggs everyday here at V&R Homestead and will send you the freshest eggs we have.
We will do our best to package your eggs to ensure they will arrive to you safely. We suggest letting your hatching eggs set pointy end down for 24 hours without turning before putting them in the incubator or under a broody hen.
Please note: These eggs are the same eggs we hatch here at the farm however buying hatching eggs in the mail is a risk, we have no control over what happens to these eggs after we leave them at the post office. We do not guarantee hatch rates on hatching eggs shipped in the mail. If you are not willing to accept that risk please do not buy our hatching eggs. Feedback should be left after your eggs arrive, not after hatch day.
